Project Consultation

Project Consultation services are designed to support the client in the conceptual process related to a project. In many settings, project design is a team driven part of the process, requiring the alignment of vision and outcomes prior to moving forward.

Project Development

Often projects are multi-layered and sequential.  In each part of our process, we use key information and data to check our assumptions about the project and to ensure that the design and development identified in the planning process are viable. The development process requires ongoing internal assessment of project direction and mid-course adjustments when identified and prioritized.

Project Management

Project Management is ongoing from inception to completion. The management process includes budget forecasting and development, project status communication, deliverable tracking and invoicing. Management for past clients has included conference attendance, networking, audience and partnership building, national presentations related to project findings, mid-project status reports, and management level briefings.
Roll out, strategic implementation planning, and identification of key evaluation components are frequently a part of this process too.

Grant Management

For clients who work with grant funded projects, managing the pool of financial resources identified for a specific project or instructional design process is referred to as grants management. We support the client in multiple ways, from providing key wording and concepts when applying for funds to providing the data and information when reporting outcomes back to the funding source.  Grant funded projects can have unique process and partnership requirements designed to increase their impact. Careful attention to the unique funder requirements and processes is an important part of this type of project work.

Contract Management

For clients who work with contracts and sub contracts, managing the pool of financial resources identified for a specific project or instructional design process is referred to as contract management.

We support the client in multiple ways, providing meeting and event services designed to provide project status updates and evaluation data back to the contract host. Contract funded projects can have unique processes and timelines. Careful attention to the requirements and processes is an important part of this type of project management work.
